Americas Best Value Inn Adds 25 Properties in June and July

Americas Best Value Inn? further strengthened its leadership position throughout the country with the addition of 25 new properties during the months of June and July. From coast to coast, hotel owners continue to embrace ABVI?s?Freestyle? brand affiliation model that allows hotel owners to be in business for themselves, not by themselves.

Currently the ninth-largest limited-service hotel chain in the country, Americas Best Value Inn expanded in 13 states, including five new locations in California and three apiece in Missouri and Minnesota. The largest additions were a 105-room hotel in Newton, IA and a 102-room property in Columbus, GA, while two new hoteliers were welcomed in Raleigh, NC.
All told, Vantage?s 25 new inns, hotels and suites added a total of 1,452 rooms and included three 2-diamond locations and conversions from Days Inn? (three), Microtel Inns & Suites?, Clarion?, and Red Roof Inn?, as well as 13 independent properties.
?Hotel owners are continuing to hear about the successes that our members have had. They see our strong track record, our culture, and the impressive results. They learn about our unique Freestyle business model that offers members a voice and a vote, the one-of-a-kind Return On Investment Promise, and all our progressive, revenue-generating programs and comprehensive resources. And ultimately they?re taking full advantage of the opportunity to bring more value to their business by joining the Vantage family,? said?Roger Bloss, the Founder, President and CEO of Vantage Hospitality Group, which also includes the Canadas Best Value Inn?, Chinas Best Value Inn?, Value Inn Worldwide? and Lexington Collection? brands.
