Americas Best Value Inn’s Growth Remains Strong with 16 New Properties in April

Americas Best Value Inn® continued its strong start to 2010 with the addition of 16 new properties during the month of April. With its innovative Freestyle business model, ABVI is attracting more and more hoteliers seeking the most comprehensive and affordable brand affiliation.

Currently the ninth-largest limited-service hotel chain in the country, Americas Best Value Inn’s largest additions last month were a 140-room property in St. Louis and a 118-room location in Ashland, VA. New hotel owners were also welcomed in Memphis, TN; Wichita, KS; St. Augustine Beach, FL; Carbondale, IL; Holyoke, MA; Crestview, FL; Colorado Springs, CO; Sanford, NC; Wheat Ridge, CO; Cartersville, GA; Delano, CA; Post Falls, ID; and Weatherford, OK.

All told, ABVI’s 16 new inns, hotels and suites added a total of 978 rooms and included four two-diamond properties, six former independents and 10 conversions from such brands as Ramada Inn?, Econo Lodge?, Days Inn?, Howard Johnson? and ClubHouse Inn?.

“During the first four months of 2010, we are averaging nearly two and a half new properties per week,” said Roger Bloss, the Founder, President and CEO of Vantage Hospitality, which also includes the Canadas Best Value Inn?, Chinas Best Value Inn?, Value Inn Worldwide? and Lexington Collection? brands. “This growth demonstrates the strength of our personal attention, revenue-generating programs, and unique model that allows members to be in business for themselves, not by themselves. And of course, our one-of-a-kind 100% Return On Investment promise.”
