With the dining out market under increasing commercial and competitive pressure, with food and drink prices rising faster than inflation and the Olympic Games less than a year away, the need for UK foodservice owners and operators to realise a first-class dining experience and commercial operation; one which encourages customer loyalty and does not compromise on quality, professionalism, staff morale or profits, has never been more important.

New this year at The Restaurant Show, Business Bootcamp presented by Livebookings in association with Restaurant magazine, addresses these and more topical industry issues head on.? The comprehensive seminar programme features some of the biggest and most respected names in the restaurant and foodservice business who will offer commercial advice and share practical insights on how to stay ahead of competitors in a complex economic and regulatory climate.

The Restaurant Show and Livebookings bring together representatives from leading organisations such as Google, the British Hospitality Association, Action Against Hunger, Giraffe, Big Hospitality and PPL who will share invaluable advice and tips on effective marketing maximising social media, successful recruitment tactics and online restaurant trends.
