NESTA Adds More Seminars and Workshops for Personal Fitness Trainers to Earn Certification
The two-day workshops, provided by Training Made Fun, are now offered in Irvine, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Jose, San Francisco and Santa Rose, Calif.; Portland, Ore.; Seattle; Honolulu; Salt Lake City, Denver; Las Vegas; Phoenix; Dallas, Houston and Austin, Texas; Kansas City, Kan.; Palm Beach, Fla.; New York City; and Hasbrouch Heights, N.J.
The coast-to-coast two-day personal training workshops are provided by Training Made Fun, a sports and fitness training company that focuses on education and professional development for personal trainers, instructors and coaches. The expanded personal training workshops offer the NESTA Personal Fitness Training certification, and include anatomy, exercise physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics, program design and hands-on instruction. The certification is valid for four years, double the length of most certifications, and is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
