Starbucks and Selecta launch Starbucks Office Coffee

Starbucks Coffee Company (NASDAQ: SBUX) and Selecta, Europe?s largest vending services company, today announced an exciting new partnership which will begin with a pilot of Starbucks Office Coffee in Switzerland in September of this year. The relationship with Selecta exemplifies Starbucks commitment to providing premium quality 100% FairtradeArabica coffee and the Starbucks Experience to our customers as well as the continuous effort from market leader Selecta to provide excellence in servicing coffee at work and on the go.

Starbucks opened the first of its 50 stores in Switzerland more than 10 years ago and has been warmly welcomed by customers ever since. Together with Selecta we see a great opportunity to improve the coffee experience in the workplace environment and we look forward to extending the Starbucks Experience to offices across Switzerland.?

Selecta offers coffee solutions at more than 100,000 workplace locations in Europe and over 15,000 in Switzerland. The Starbucks Office Coffee concept will be available in three different sizes to fit company needs for each special office space. The sizes will vary from a smaller table top type version, to a medium sized stand-alone version, or to a large stand-alone or integrated Coffee Corner. These concepts will all host self-service equipment. In all versions, Starbucks will offer their special brand experience that will give customers the genuine feeling of coffee passion and the opportunity to personalize their coffee as is the Starbucks experience.

Selecta will offer its customers a selection of Starbucks products including Caf? Cr?me, Espresso, Doppio Espresso, Cappuccino, Caff? Latte, Chai Tea Latte, Vanilla Latte, Espresso Macchiato, Latte Macchiato, and Hot Chocolate and a range of Tazo teas including: Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Refresh, China Green Tips and Calm.
