Abbaye de Talloires, has recently appointed Georges Ringeisen as the property?s new head chef. Ringeisen was born in Alsace into a farming family. His cooking reflects a real love for nature and the changing of seasons, embracing locally sourced products. Ringeisen will implement a new concept for the property?s recently opened brasserie La Table de C?zanne, serving traditional French lunches prepared with local ingredients.
