Teresa Reynolds Named General Manager for 164-Room Holiday Inn Kansas City Northeast in Missouri
KANSAS CITY, MO. – October 8, 2013?- Teresa Reynolds has been named General Manager of the Holiday Inn Kansas City Northeast, a recently renovated 164-room full service hotel located next to I-435 in Kansas City, MO. Teresa, having worked in full-service and limited-service hotels in the United States and Europe, brings with her 15 awards from her career, including: Hotel Of The Year, GM Of The Year, Most Improved Hotel as well as the Gold Circle Award from Marriott and the Spirit Award from Hilton.

Teresa’s 30 years in the hotel industry expands across continents and countries, working for Trust House Forte hotels in her native Scotland as well as Marriott and Hilton hotels in the Midwestern and Southern United States and Wisconsin.
Specializing in Troubleshooting and Consulting, Teresa has spent her career working in every facet of the hotel industry, starting in Food & Beverage. Having opened several hotels, she brings a skill set to manage any category of hotel.

Teresa is a native of Edinburgh, Scotland, where she earned her Teaching Degree in Hotel Management from Edinburgh University. Active in her community, she works with St. Jude’s Hospital and fundraises for various homeless shelters in Kansas City.
